Job Overview

The Group Consolidation and Corporate Reporting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements, conducting audits, supporting various teams, and supporting due diligence in M&A processes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contribute to the corporate finance organization. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic financial planning and growth of the company as well as ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting while working closely with various departments within the organization. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare statutory consolidated financial statements on an annual basis
  • Participate in coordinating with external auditors for the auditing of annual consolidated financial statements
  • Create interim consolidated financial reports for internal purposes on a quarterly basis
  • Support development of quarterly interim presentations for banks, summarizing key information about company activities (Group and standalone performance, financial covenants, key financial metrics, business updates, etc.)
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance for the Group and individual subsidiaries summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Support preparation of monthly reports for the Group, detailing essential information
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and overviews derived from the reports used as the basis for consolidation, including insights at the Group and individual company levels
  • Support due diligence in M&A processes – participating in financial analysis, due diligence, and scenario simulations to support strategic decision-making
  • Support integration planning and execution post-acquisition, ensuring smooth transition and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Assist in developing and maintaining 1-year and long-term financial projections and simulations for the Group
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, tax, and business development


Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, financial analysis, and consolidation techniques
  • Experience with M&A processes, including financial due diligence and integration is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in formulas, automation, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos Controller, TM1)
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, with a focus on coordination and collaboration across multiple subsidiaries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
