Marketing Specialist (m/f)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Orbico team in Croatia. As a Marketing Specialist, you will initially be responsible for overseeing brands like On, Champion or K-Way. Please note that as our company continues to grow and evolve, the scope of your responsibilities may expand to include additional brands in the future. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and excited to take on new challenges as they arise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns, support retail initiatives, and represent the brands with passion and authenticity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing plans across different communication channels.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy.
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns, press releases, and presentations.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing wholesale partners to support them with trade marketing activations.
- Collaborating with wholesale partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Ensuring the brands’ visibility and presence in partner retail locations.
- Planning and executing local events and activations to connect with the community.
- Working with relevant teams to create graphic designs and promotional materials.
- Cooperating with external suppliers, including public relations and media agencies.
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and media to develop and implement effective activation strategies.
- Investigating the performance of marketing activities and presenting reports and recommendations.
- Managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI for all activities.
Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or sport/fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the Adriatic region market, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in PC skills: MS Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
- Driving license: B.
