We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Orbico team in Croatia. As a Sales Representative, you will initially be responsible for achieving sales objectives and building a strong relationship with the customers. Please note that as our company continues to grow and evolve, the scope of your responsibilities may expand to include additional brands in the future. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and excited to take on new challenges as they arise.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and develop long-term business relationships with existing partners and handle complaints in a professional consumer-centric manner.
  • Find new customers and contracts on business cooperation and accept the necessary documents and guarantees from new customers.
  • Take care of the successful sale of goods and products distributed by the company in relation to the monthly and annual sales plan (Futures orders and At-once orders).
  • Prepare sales materials for customers (catalogues, order forms, etc.).
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities for market expansion.
  • Occasionally visit customers across the Adriatic region.
  • Create and manage orders in the internal system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on market-related activities.
  • Informs customers about offers and terms of sale of the organization (e.g. delivery time, cost, method of payment, type of goods).
  • Transmits all relevant information from the field to his/her superior (e.g. competition, market status of individual sales areas, the need for new products).
  • Executes, coordinates and monitors sale of goods in agreement with his/her superiors, accompanied by an optimal inventory of the product in a specific sales activity.
  • Monitors customer receivables and efficient recovery of debts.
  • Implements and respects organization’s credit limit policy.
  • Regularly delivers weekly and monthly reports in agreement with his/her superiors.
  • Other tasks are defined by the direct supervisor or by the employer.
  • Supports Team Leaders and Managers in the day-to-day operative and ad-hoc tasks.


Ideal Profile:

  • Strong understanding of the Adriatic region market, culture, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in PC skills: MS Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
  • Willingness to travel frequently without limitations.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Previous experience in the same or similar roles or in a similar category is desirable.
