We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Orbico team in Croatia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing brand On, a worldwide leader known for its innovative running technology, premium design, and a movement‑inspiring approach to sport and lifestyle.

As our Key Account Manager, you will not only oversee key partnerships but also influence brand performance and drive results across the assigned region.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, organizing, and coordinating activities with assigned customers in Adriatic region (SLO, CRO, BiH, SER, MNE, MK, XK, AL)
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of annual sales plans.
  • Participating in negotiations and contract agreements with key customers.
  • Monitoring contract conditions, performance, and customer receivables.
  • Leading solution‑development initiatives that address customer needs across functions.
  • Overseeing the product life cycle across online and offline sales channels.
  • Conducting meetings with major customers and reporting outcomes to the relevant Manager.
  • Supporting pricing policy development and discount structures.
  • Monitoring customer pricing practices and adherence to recommended retail prices.
  • Regularly reviewing sales areas and supporting Sales Managers and Representatives (includes travel within the Adriatic region, accounting for 30% of total working hours).
  • Tracking stock levels and coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply.
  • Contributing to annual marketing plan development in alignment with Principal guidelines and ROI goals.


Ideal Profile:

  • Senior‑level experience in key account management or a similar commercial role
  • Proven track record in wholesale business (not retail, not buying/purchasing)
  • Previous experience working with a premium brand
  • Work experience within the SportStyle and/or performance industry
  • Strong understanding of the Adriatic region market, culture, and consumer behavior
  • Strong customer‑orientation with the ability to build and maintain long‑term partnerships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Initiative, perseverance, and the ability to independently solve problems with a strong result-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Adriatic region
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Driving license: B
